At Insulation, we want to ensure your home projects are energy-efficient and successful. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened insulation materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all insulation rolls, batts, or boards are in their original, moisture-free packaging and have not been cut or installed.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Due to the bulk size of insulation products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the items from your location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality and quantity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
