Ultimate Contact Adhesive 500ml

A next generation synthetic contact spray adhesive with a high solids, low solvent formula that delivers a quicker, stronger and more aggressive bond than conventional aerosol adhesives. Suitable for bonding a wide range of materials including laminates, fabrics, plastics, felt carpets, carpet tiles, cardboard, rubber and polythene to substrates such as wood, metal, concrete, brickwork, stone, steel and glass. With excellent high temperature resistance up to 110°C, it is well suited to automotive, marine and other demanding applications where heat resistance is essential. Ideal for use in contract flooring, carpet laying, exhibition fitting, furniture manufacture, re-upholstering, laminating, veneering, shop fitting and joinery.

Good to know

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of contaminants before application
• Spray one surface horizontally and the other vertically from approximately 25cm distance, achieving minimum 80% coverage on each
• Allow to become touch dry before pressing firmly together from the centre outwards to exclude air bubbles
• Not suitable for highly plasticised PVC
• An evaluation of the adhesive should be carried out under application conditions before commercial use
