TLX Silver Multifoil Insulation 1.2m x 10m

TLX Silver is the UK’s leading multi-purpose multifoil. It is ideal for loft conversions as this flexible & lightweight multifoil can be used between the underside of rafters and across joists. Suitable for both timber frame and solid masonry walls  as well as new build roofs. The TLX Silver foil insulation is an internal insulation and acts as a vapour barrier. A space saving  insulation solution which offers excellent thermal efficiency. The TLX Silver is independently tested to latest British & European standards.

Good to know

• Comes in rolls which can be easily laid under the rafters or the inner face of the wall
• Should be installed from ridges to eaves
• Should be over or under lapped to ensure any water withing the rafter space does not penetrate the insulation
• Once in place secure with a staples or nails - with a minimum of 14mm depth
• The foil must overlap by at least 50mm and sealed with appropriate tape
• Can be used with PIR or mineral wool insulation
• Maximise thermal performance by using in alongside additional insulation.
