Manthorpe GL270F Fire Rated Loft Door 562mm X 562mm

The Manthorpe GL270F is a one-hour fire rated loft door manufactured from powder-coated zinc electro-galvanised mild steel, designed for situations where fire safety is paramount. Insulated with 100mm mineral wool, it achieves a U-value of 0.35 W/m²K, helping to minimise heat loss through the loft hatch. Draught seals are fitted to all four sides of the door and seal to the frame, complete with latch, preventing warm moist air from entering the roof space. The lightly textured powder-coated finish can be cleaned with a solvent-free damp cloth or painted to match surrounding décor. Available with an optional budget lock and T-key.
