The Ecorend S10 bonding primer is specifically designed for masonry substrates.
Benefits
- Ultra high adhesion due to fine particle polymers
- Silicone resin technology ensure the primer matches the breathability of subsequent topcoats
- Ready to use no pre-mixing
- Water based
- Covers 3.2m² - 5m² per litre dependent on surface
- Can be applied using a brush, roller or spray
- Can be used on new concrete block, smooth & rough brick, hacked off render, lightweight block and render carrier board.
Good to know
- Not recommended for use on substrates such as timber, metal, glass, surfaces below the damp proof course, flat surfaces and insulation.
- Apply neat
- Make sure all loose material etc. from substrate before application
- Store in a dry place
- Shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture
- Ensure all tools are cleaned immediately after use.
- Do not pour into drainage systems
- Do not apply if frost forecast
- Do not apply in wet conditions
- Do not apply in temperatures below 3°C or above 25°C
